Thucydides hurts himself in BP, a knock in the skull that takes him out for 56 games-- almost the whole season. No big loss, really but they are short a man. Mingus is back on track with a New York save behind Benjamin's excellent pitching. And Erasmus impresses with his 7 innings. This was supposed to be a slugfest with gaudy averages on both sides. Mould is in the lineup permanently now with an average over .500.
